David brings more than wine knowledge to the table. A Certified Sommelier, history professor and former U.S. diplomat, his career has taken him across countries, cultures and conversations.
His work as a wine educator draws on more than 15 years in the wine and winery industry. The appeal is in making connections: between a place and a grape, a moment in history and a tradition, a good question and an unexpected answer.
